LCIFF invites you to a screening of AYANDA, “a fresh, modern, stylish take on 21st century Africa, deeply rooted in personal history, experience, and context” (Indiewire).
The screening will be followed by a short discussion moderated by Kundai Chirindo, Assistant Professor of Rhetoric and Media Studies at Lewis & Clark College.
About the Moderator
Kundai Chirindo is a rhetorical scholar whose research and classes focus on rhetorical theory and criticism. His work focuses on how rhetorical theory relates to concepts of place and space with research including the topic of how ideas of Africa are performed in American public life through the emergence of Barack Obama.
